Dartmouth Tuck MBA Program Highlights

This rigorous program extends the school year to 32 weeks to ensure first years are able to excel in all 16 courses— only one of which is an elective. There is an emphasis on current business issues, social ethics, and corporate responsibility. Tuck graduates are not only experts in their field, but globally conscious leaders.

Fields of Expertise

Tuck’s leading programs are Accounting and Consulting. However, with so many core requirements students’ knowledge far exceeds their specific area of study.

There is also a strong emphasis on business presentation. Often grades will be solely determined on the student’s ability to deliver.

The strong sense of community stems from the intimate class sizes and rural location of the campus. Students often live together on campus and classes often assign team projects and promote study groups.

Leadership

While Tuck encourages teamwork it also acknowledges the importance of leadership training in the Cohen Leadership Development Program. Participating students will receive one-on-coaching and peer assessments to aid in their leadership development plans.
