  2. Recall a professional project or achievement that you found both challenging and rewarding and in which you take some pride. Describe any concerns that you had in relation to your ability to succeed in this project or achievement and how you faced up to the challenge of bringing the project to a successful conclusion. (maximum 900 words)
  3. How do you see your career progressing over the next 3-5 years and what role will the MBA degree have in that progression? (maximum 900 words)
