SAT Private Tutoring in Paris (France)
Paris students can maximize their performance on the SAT with Manhattan Review's local SAT prep services. We offer SAT learning plans that accommodate any set of student needs, including traditional on-site SAT courses (offered at convenient Paris locations), online SAT instruction (which brings the classroom to your living room), and private SAT tutoring (which is customized for the individual student). Paris students can also hone their skills with our SAT practice tests, which precisely duplicate the content and structure of the real SAT. Manhattan Review has been teaching students around the world how to succeed on the SAT since 1999, and unlike most other test prep companies, we specialize in the international market. Students from outside the United States require a special type of teaching when it comes to American standardized tests, and no other company can match our history of success with this unique variety of student. Students who submit high SAT scores constitute a much larger percentage of the student population at selective universities than students with more modest SAT performance. Columbia University, which has an overall acceptance rate of about 6%, reports that 81% of its first-year students scored 700 or above on the SAT's critical reading, math, and writing sections, with 49%, 53%, and 48% at 760 or better in critical reading, math, and writing respectively. Fewer than 2% of accepted Columbia students received scores below 600 on any of the SAT sections. UCLA, one of the top public universities in the United States, accepts approximately 18% of all applicants, but composite SAT scores of 2100 or above (on the 2400-point scale) are associated with an admission rate of 52%. UCLA applicants with SAT scores below 2100 have poor chances of acceptance (15% for students with composite scores of 1800-2090, 8% at 1500-1790, 4% at 1200-1490, and below 1% with scores of less than 1200).
